Description

The rosé version of our original cava. A cava with a fresh and very fruity aroma, made from the traditional Monastrell, Grenache and Trepat varieties. It is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to blue fish orrice. Also an excellent wine for tapas or fried fish.

Tasting notes

Aroma: Red fruit aromas, including strawberries, cherries, and woodland fruits, with hints of green apple.

Taste: Elegant and light on the palate, with a well-balanced combination of acidity and sweetness, resulting in a refreshing finish.

Overall: Fresh, vibrant, and fruity, but with a dry and pithy character due to subtle, delicate beads.
