Tasting notes
Nose: Powerful peat smoke with coastal influences of sea-water salt, fresh oysters, and a bright citrus sweetness.
Palate: Full-bodied and rich. It features a dried-fruit sweetness followed by intense clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt flavors.
Finish: Long and warming with a signature "explosion of pepper" at the back of the mouth, ending with a lingering maritime saltiness.
