Description

​Deep ruby red in colour. Blackcurrant and cherry aromas with hints of mocha and oak spice on the nose. Full-bodied with blackcurrant, cherry and mocha flavours followed by oak spice.

Tasting Notes

​Aroma: Rich bouquet of blackcurrant and cherry, Mocha and oak spice hints, and Dark berry and peppery notes. 
​​Taste: Full-bodied with blackcurrant, cherry, and mocha flavors.
Followed by oak spice. Often features notes of raspberry, cherry, cranberry, oak, vanilla, cedar, plum, blackberry, and black fruit. 
​​Other notes: It is a dry wine, not sweet, with minimal residual sugar. It can be enjoyed with various foods, especially veal and game meats.
