A Sparkling wine from Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc. The Rothbury Estate Cuvée Sparkling has a straw colour with green hues. A nose of roasted nuts and salted cashew, stone-fruits and dusty integrated oak. More cashew flavours on the palate, white melon, buttery, honeyed fruit characters, balanced oak, butterscotch and nectarine.
