Description
The Nordés Galician Gin is a unique type of gin, classified as a "new western gin" or "dry gin". This Galician gin created using pomace from Albarino grapes as well as eleven other botanicals such as juniper, ginger, hibiscus, and liquorice. The result is a complex, maritime style of gin with notes of white fruit, which is fresh, subtle, well balanced, and definitely a truly unique flavour!
Tasting notes
Nose: Highly aromatic and perfume-like with dominant floral scents, notes of white fruit (grapes, peach), and fresh herbal tones like eucalyptus and mint.
Palate: Smooth and slightly sweet (vinous) due to the grape base. It features a bold fusion of floral hibiscus, spicy ginger, and balsamic herbal notes, with juniper playing a subtle, background role.
Finish: Clean and refreshing with a lingering herbal and floral aftertaste.
