Montelobos Tobalá Mezcal is an unaged joven mezcal celebrated for its unique balance of green agave notes, sweetness, and subtle smoke, crafted from sustainably cultivated Tobalá agave. Crafted from 100% sustainably cultivated Tobalá agave (Agave potatorum), a rare, small varietal that takes 12-15 years to mature and yields limited liquid.
