Nose: Aromas of buttery toffee, malt, orchard fruits like apples and peaches, and a distinct sherry influence with hints of vanilla and baking spices.
Palate: A smooth, creamy texture with layers of rich dried fruits (raisins, sultanas), caramel, dark chocolate, and a subtle wisp of smoke.
Finish: Medium to long and warming, characterized by cocoa, oak, and lingering spices.
