The 1800 Milenio Extra Añejo Tequila 750mL is an ultra-premium, limited-edition spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and double-matured in American and French oak (Cognac) barrels for a rich, complex flavor profile. It is known for its exceptional smoothness, balanced flavors, and long, elegant finish.
Production & Aging
Agave Selection: Crafted from handpicked 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at the peak of ripeness from the volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico.
Cooking & Distillation: The agave cores (piñas) are carefully steamed in traditional masonry ovens before being double-distilled in copper pot stills.
Dual Maturation: The tequila undergoes a prolonged initial aging in new American oak barrels for approximately 40 months. This is followed by a secondary maturation for a short period (around 4 months) in French oak ex-Cognac barrels, which imparts a unique character and complexity.

The 1800 Milenio is celebrated for its deep amber color with bright copper highlights and a decadent, complex flavor profile.
Aroma: Oaky notes with hints of vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, almond, walnut, and dried fruits like prunes and figs, along with a touch of spicy cinnamon.
Palate: The flavor is rich and full-bodied, an elegant marriage of agave and spices, featuring notes of milk chocolate, toasted oak, red fruits, and cinnamon, with a subtle hint of smoke and herbaceous flavors.
Finish: Described as long, smooth, and velvety, with a lingering warmth, notes of cocoa, oak spice, and a distinct "mint-chocolate" or Cognac influence.
