​400 Conejos Espadin / Tobala is made with agave Angustifolia and agave Potatorum. Aromas and flavors of green apple, tamarind and prickly pear cactus, sharpie, lemon, lime, and and sage with a round, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish evoking shades of fennel and lemongrass, yuzu peach tea, pepper and white asparagus, and creme brulee and sandalwood.
