Genever Gin, 44% ABV

This “Old Genever” is made according to an old recipe dated back to 1942. The smooth, subtle and malty flavour comes from using a high maltwine-content, made from rye, corn and malted barley, triple-distilled in copper pot stills. 
Nose Juniper forward, this gin nonetheless has a depth of character that's hard to put your finger on with dark, earthy spices and hints of citrus. Palate Juniper led once again with more vibrant citrus, minerality and great mouthfeel.
