The Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet 700mL is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky created in collaboration with luxury ski-wear brand Perfect Moment, designed to evoke the essence of an alpine winter and après-ski luxury. This rare expression, crafted by Master Blender Emma Walker, features whiskies from high-elevation distilleries in Scotland, including Brora and Dalwhinnie.
Tasting notes
Aroma: Sweet, creamy vanilla with spiced apples and plums, complemented by a subtle hint of smoke and floral undertones.
Palate: Luxuriously smooth, with notes of apples, berries, dark chocolate, rich spices (clove, cinnamon), and sweet figs. Hints of salted honey, cacao, roasted nuts, and citrus zest add depth.
Finish: Lingering and elegant, with a balanced finish of sweetness, spice, and a gentle smokiness.
