Blended whisky, France, 40% ABV

This whisky is carefully crafted from a precise blend of wheat, corn and 15% malted barley. It is then aged for 8 years in authentic American casks, then matured in French oak in our Cognac cellars. It's complex, perfectly balanced and subtle, with a remarkable finish reminiscent of the character of Cognac.

Tasting notes

Aroma (Bouquet): Soft and fruity with notes of apricot, vanilla, dried fruits, honey, and subtle smoky or iodized hints.
Palate: Described as very smooth and complex, featuring flavors of overripe fruit, light cereal notes, and a buttery mouthfeel.
Finish: A remarkable, lingering finish with oak-wood spices and a character strongly reminiscent of Cognac.
