Tasting notes
Nose: Rich and sweet with notes of biscuity cheesecake base, maple syrup, and caramelized ginger. There are also subtle toasted oak notes.
Palate: Indulgent and confectionary sweet with a silky, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavors of fruit salad and Chantilly cream are present.
