The Chivas Regal 13 Years Extra Sherry Blended Scotch Whisky 700mL is a rich and smooth 13-year-old blend, selectively matured in Oloroso sherry casks to enhance its sweet and spicy flavors.
Tasting notes
Nose: A lush and inviting aroma, with notes of vanilla caramel, sweet ripe pears, melon, and milk chocolate, complemented by warm spices like cinnamon and a hint of ginger. There can also be hints of red fruits, liquorice, and almonds.
Palate: The palate is full-bodied and velvety smooth, featuring a rich combination of sweet ripe pears in syrup, creamy vanilla, and caramel. These are infused with flavors of cinnamon sweets and crisp almonds, and balanced with orchard fruits and subtle oak spice.
Finish: The finish is long, warm, and satisfying, with the sherry influence lingering, along with notes of dried figs, a touch of dark fruitiness, and a finely integrated oak and sherry spice.
