Tasting Notes
Aroma: A delicate bouquet featuring floral lavender, piney juniper, and bright citrus zest (lemon and bergamot).
Palate: Smooth and complex. Initial notes of juniper and citrus give way to nutty and fruity layers from the dragon eye and almond, followed by a gentle herbal spice.
Finish: Clean and crisp with a short to medium length, leaving lingering hints of liquorice and floral sweetness.
