It is crafted to revive the "lost" Speyside style of the pre-1960s, characterized by a rich, handcrafted spirit with a delicate, integrated thread of smoke.

The 15-year maturation results in a profile that balances intense fruit and spice with a gentle charred oak smokiness.
Aroma: Sweet toffee and vanilla pod lead into zesty orange, cracked black pepper, and peat smoke. You may also detect rich forest fruits, dark chocolate, and dried banana.
Palate: A creamy, rounded mouthfeel featuring luscious fruit cake, stewed plums, and red apple. These are layered with dark chocolate, toasted malt, and warming spices like cinnamon and ginger.
