Return and Refund Policy – Squizzy PH Liquor shop & Gifts

I. Returns:

  • Eligibility:
    • A customer must check an order properly before releasing a courier rider. If the order is delivered damaged or spoiled, the customer has to notify the rider and contact our office immediately by the phone. A video and photo evidences must be made on a place and sent to our email or phone number provided. After the return/refund is confirmed by the office, the customer should provide the order with damaged product for return/refund within the next 2 days. The delivery is organized and covered by our office.
    • Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 2 days from the purchase date for unopened, unused, and resalable items, provided they are in the original, undamaged packaging with a license label. The delivery fee is covered by the customer.

 

  • Exceptions:

We do not accept returns for:

    • Damaged or Spoiled Products: If a product is damaged or is suspected to be corked/spoiled after the product is successfully delivered. 
    • Sale or Promotional Items: Returns due to change of mind are not allowed for sale or promotional items.


  • Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. 


  • Return Process: 
    • Contact Us: Contact our customer service team within [number] days of purchase to initiate a return. 
    • Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary packaging requirements. 
    • Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or for damaged/defective products. 

II. Refunds:

  • Refund Methods: If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • No Refunds for Cash Payments: We do not offer cash refunds for cash purchases. In such cases, a store credit will be issued or alternative payment method chosen.

III. Additional Notes:

  • Corked or Spoiled Products:

If you believe a product is corked or spoiled, please retain the cork and bring the bottle with proof of purchase to our store for inspection. 

  • Damaged Products:

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product and provide photos.
